It comes with a used mouthpiece(may not be the one pictured). The horn comes with a nice old King case which fits the horn nicely, but the center will not latch. The stockings are in very good condition with one very small wear through spot at the tip. The Super model has the fluted slide tubes and the slide action is very good, with excellent compression. This instrument has been hand polished and is in very clean, like original condition after the old lacquer was removed. There are light scratches on the bell and some very light pitting at the grips. The bell material is bell bronze and has the silver kranz around the bell rim. It is made of yellow brass and solid nickel silver.
